SEO Head Audit

Paste a page source and get an instant checklist: title and description lengths, canonical, robots meta, hreflang, Open Graph, headings, image alt text and JSON-LD — with what to fix for each.

Paste the raw source (Ctrl+U, or View Source). Everything is checked locally — no crawl, no request to your site.

What does this audit check?

It reads the elements that decide how a single URL appears in search and in social previews: title and description, canonical, robots meta, hreflang, Open Graph, heading structure, image alt text and JSON-LD. It is the same rule set a technical audit starts with, applied to one page you already have open.

How to use this tool

  1. Open the page, view the source (Ctrl+U) and copy everything, or drop the saved .html file in.
  2. Optionally paste the page URL so the tool can compare it with the canonical and og:url.
  3. Read the list from top to bottom — errors first, then warnings with the exact fix.
  4. Copy the report as Markdown into your issue tracker.

FAQ

Does this crawl my site?

No. It only reads the source you paste. Crawling is blocked by browser security anyway, and keeping it local means you can audit a staging site behind a login.

Why does the score matter?

It is a quick summary of how many checks pass — useful for comparing two versions of a page. Fix the errors first: a missing title or an accidental noindex costs far more than a slightly long description.

Can it check a page behind a paywall or login?

Yes — because you paste the HTML yourself. Open the page in your browser, view the source and paste it here; the tool never needs network access.
